Hello, January! It's time for our monthly Patron exclusive art! After all, Velvet's gotta start the new year off right...by making sure all those rivals for senpai are staying right where she put them!

Fun (?) fact, I actually really love gothic lolita fashion, and lolita in general as an aesthetic -- which you'd totally never know looking at the channel branding, right? But! I've never worn it. "Goth but lazy about it" and "tomboy" are pretty much my brand irl as I've alluded to in the past; getting dolled up in fluffy frills is just way too much work when I could throw on an oversized hoodie and leggings and be just so...so comfy.

(I'm actually writing this post from my couch while wearing one of these snuggly velvet capes. I got one a couple years ago and basically spend every winter in one. It makes me feel like an arctic vampire princess and I AM SO COZY.)

So real Velvet may be a layabout comfy slug irl, but at least Mascot Velvet can live out my froofy goth cupcake dreams!
