I come bearing proof of life, and proof of continued work, even!

Obviously, plans collapsed. I'm sorry. I am saying that too much these days (and I will continue to lampshade it because I am compelled!) but it's still true as ever. (I almost wish it weren't, it'd be kinda nice not to feel human emotions like guilt. Anyone got a Sociopathy for Dummies book lying around that might help with that? I'm not ruthless, but I'll learn!)

Anyway, I got sick. Nothing fancy or glamorous, I wasn't throwing myself compassionately at ministering to the sick or anything, just a random cold knocked me over. Because I'm me, and me has not been taking me's vitamins, it got me hard and fast.

But yaaaay! Recording. I am not (just) an adorably (?) whiny deadbeat layabout! I also internet job. (Seriously: even when I am struggling under less than ideal creative conditions, I am so thankful for the fact I can do this gig and impossibly grateful that you're here cheering me on.)

My voice is about half an octave lower because I'm still recovering, so expect a lot of that. But heeyy, if anyone has a femme fatale-y Jessica Rabbit inspired script lying around, hmu bc I can do a killer Kathleen Turner impression for the next week or so. Or Ed Asner as Granny Goodness? I'm not picky.
