(tl;dr: I started a new med in April that has been incredible for my mental health and atrocious for my everything else.)

it's okie vanilla honestly im somewhat going through something like that like I'll be all relaxed or ok but throughout my day I'd get stressed or be frustrated n have a overwhelming headache so I iust take ibuprofen or advil but hopefully that new med is helping you n that you are doing better now ^_^ have a wonderful day or night vanilla ^_^ ph n take care.
