I have been fortunate, I've had a very long career in modeling (and hope it continues for some time), but I thought I would share my first love. I started as an artist's model. People would draw, paint, sculpt etc. I've posed for drawing classes and been used for reference photos. I think what I have learned the most from this is that art is subjective. Someone might give me a huge nose, or make me a sexy ET and as a model you have to check your ego at the door and accept people's creative concepts.
Amusing side story, a photographer I shot with posted a bunch of images of me on a photo stock site probably 8 yrs ago. I went to look at what creative pieces were being made, and someone was doing elaborate detailed drawings of me, but was adding a huge penis, lmao. While I thought it was funny, the photographer was deeply upset and deleted his account. To this day I still think about those drawings and laugh.
Time to board my flight!
