[Hereafter] Chapter LXXIII: Invisible Scars
Added 2022-10-17 08:14:12 +0000 UTC(Re)Birthmark was too much me trying to be too clever. I'm not sure this title is that much better, but it's much less me trying to be clever, so it has that going for it.
I had a clever idea here in this chapter that takes some of the lore we got in Mahoyo and plays with it. I'm trying not to pat myself on the back for being too clever, because pride cometh before the fall, and it's only a matter of the public release before someone somewhere goes, "Um, actually," and breaks down why it doesn't quite work that way.
But wow, was it clever.
EDIT: Moving down.

"Mahou Tsukai no Yoru," or "Witch on the Holy Night." It's Aoko's origin story.

2022-10-17 09:53:00 +0000 UTCWe'll have to see how FGO wraps up her story, but yeah, it's not looking good.

2022-10-17 09:50:18 +0000 UTCPoor Olga Marie. She might be a neurotic mess that has trouble having healthy relationships with people, but she really gets screwed over in canon, doesn't she? FGO version ends horribly, and FSN version gets to be kinda-sorta happy with her best friend, Reines, but daddy doesn't love her. Nasu really has a thing for women with tragic fates.

Just what is her karma, anyway?” Well, considering this is a GOOD end, and the canon ending is her becoming functionally one with the kaleidoscope in an infinite torture lasting across all time and space, possibly only interrupted by being bodyjacked by Beast 7? Very clearly not great.
