Setting Expectations

My god you guys. I really appreciate all the love and coming in here for the anime content. it really means a lot to have you supporting me since the second channel was flagged and is literally unable to be monetized. means A LOT.

just a few house keeping things - if you know me - you know I appreciate communication:

1. Still going to lean on 2 episodes of anime a week. Saw a lot of the recommendations so i'm keeping an eye out for what I might like to watch after/with Frieren. I think it's still going to be FMA:B since I'm halfway through the manga as I mentioned.

2. I will be considering stopping during episodes to reflect on scenes so it's a bit more of a breakdown and analysis in the moment but if I'm honest with you I'm wary of doing it just because I am enjoying consuming the media in an organic way. This will be a thing I ponder.

3. I know that I have been loving to read the manga first/concurrently - I think we can make a deal where if I am to watch an anime here then I won't read the manga until after. Part of it is that I'm EXPLORING and that exploration is really fun and so im essentially studying, this is how I've always discovered things so tying you into that process is a balance to be sure.

4. I may hop off an anime if I don't vibe with it. at 37 I'm pretty aware of when I'm good and don't want to continue something. I'll let you know and explain why.

5. the main channel is still my priority first but I recognize that the anime channel is this beautiful little baby - so I promise to nurture it as well.

6. Just be kind :) It's nice to see discourse here. I will be very sharing my opinion - im sure at some point it will vary from yours, I just ask for your kindness.
