i almost delayed the vote, since i noticed a lot of drop offs and then panicked it was because it was the 1st, and i usually do votes on the 6th when everyone is usually cleared. i guess last month was just indeed rough, well thank you all for supporting =x!

CLARIFICATION: Those who ever got an id previous, you use the same ID forever :b it shouldn't have to ever change unless i stupidly manager to leak the whole voter ID list i made =l. what DOES change is who is CURRENTLY on the list of who can vote at the time i START the poll. because at that time unless i made a mistake reading, you were below 3$ so i considered it a not active voter =x

i HOPE i can get these all done this over this month and next, i've made myself more and more busy lately x.x agh... just doing what i can to give you people value =x
