Quite a few suggestions this time! i had to even cut 2 secondary suggestions :v but i should be able to do all these i'd think, hope so! =x

CLARIFICATION: Those who ever got an id previous, you use the same ID forever :b it shouldn't have to ever change unless i stupidly manager to leak the whole voter ID list i made =l. what DOES change is who is CURRENTLY on the list of who can vote at the time i START the poll. because at that time unless i made a mistake reading, you were below 3$ so i considered it a not active voter =x

if your ID doesn't work somehow, let me know, i may have categorized your name wrong as t be skipped maybe, it gets confusing sometimes to tell who is paid up or not, and names change locations on my lists ToT
