May Dormitory Diary Entry - Shin Hison

I still feel like I haven't quite gotten used to the job. The other day, I briefly attended a dormitory gathering. I know I shouldn’t compare myself to others, but the thought of being constantly evaluated makes me feel like I need to improve quickly. As an animator, I need to not only draw well but also do it quickly. I'm still slow, but I'm determined to get better.

遅くなりまして申し訳ございません。
中々仕事に慣れてない感じがします。この前は寮生の集まりの時少し参加させていただきました。周りと比べなくていいらしいですが、常に他人から評価されていると考えると、もっと早くなんとかしないとという気持ちになります。アニメーターは絵を上手描く上で早く描かないと行けないですね。まだ遅いですがなんとかしたいと思います。
