The other day, I had my first experience training a new recruit. It was pretty challenging!
I’ve noticed that most issues that arise in animation are due to a lack of communication rather than individual skill levels. Therefore, I want to create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable asking anything.
Mainly because our work schedules often don't align with our designated mentors, I want to encourage everyone not to hesitate to seek help from others. This was a frequent issue last year...
Currently, I'm overwhelmed with task distribution and the increasing workload. I'm trying to get used to it ASAP, and I’ve sort of gotten there with my in-between checking tasks.
It's not so much the time investment as it is the mental demands—the job demands a lot of my faculties. With our studio expanding, remote communication has become challenging, too.
The weather is warm, yet my feet still get cold without a blanket!

先日初めて新人の上がりの指導をしました。難しいですね！
動画の作業で起こる問題は、各人のスキルよりコミュニケーション不足から来るものが多いと感じるので、なんでも聞きに来て☆という雰囲気を出していきたいです。
特に、勤務形態的に自分の担当の先輩と時間が合わず会えないとかが頻発するので躊躇せず他の人に聞きに行ってほしいです。去年頻発していたので…
今は仕事の割り振りとか、業務が増えて頭がいっぱいいっぱいです！早く慣れたいです。動画検査の仕事はちょっと慣れました。
忙しくはないのですが脳みそを使う領域が違うので大変です！会社のスタジオが増えたので遠隔のやり取りも大変です！近頃暑いのにひざ掛けがないと足は寒いです！
