April Dormitory Diary Entry - Naoto Enokida

This is Naoto Enokida.
Training began last week at my studio.
They're trying to streamline communication across each sector this year, I suppose!
The week was mostly classroom-based; we listened to presentations on common practices and communication expectations from various instructors, and we had about two hours of talks from representatives of each sector of the studio.
I also went out for lunch with my peers.
I learned a lot about the company and my colleagues, and it was really enjoyable!
I'm looking forward to the hands-on training starting next week.

お世話になっております、
榎田尚人です。
先週から自分の会社でも研修が始まりました。
弊社では今年から各セクションのコミュニケーションをより活発にようとしているようで、
1週間はほとんど座学で、マナー講座やコミュニケーションの講師の方のお話を聞いたり、それぞれのセクションの方からも2時間ずつくらいお話を聞きました。あと昼飯は同期と行きました。
会社の色んな事、また同僚の方々の事も知れてめっちゃ楽しかったです！！
来週からは実技に入るとも思うのでもっと楽しみです。
