December Dormitory Diary Entry - Kuroda Ayaka

This is Kuroda with my December dormitory diary entry.
I've been informed that I might have passed the key animation test. Yet, amidst the excitement of potentially progressing to key animation, there's a layer of concern—stemming from both my personal joy and certain company logistics—that perhaps I wasn't ready to leave in-between animation just yet. Doubts about whether my skills are truly up to par or if it's the right time to move up have been lingering.
In light of these feelings, I reached out to the company to propose a challenge for myself: to undertake an animation task over two weeks, tackling about 200 frames, which is expected to be more demanding than my previous work. Fortunately, they agreed, and I've embraced this opportunity. I'm committed to giving my all, hoping this effort will fortify my self-confidence.

12月の限定日記です。
会社から2週間時間をもらって200枚ほどデッサン割やアクションのあるカットをもらって動画のテストのようなことをした結果、170枚ほどかけました。
正直全部描けなくて悔しかったです。こういう機会はこれからほとんどないようなので本当に残念でした。上司からするとテストで言うところの70点くらいだそうです。来年はどこかで100点と言われるようにします。
