July Dormitory Diary Entry - Okabe

This is Okabe.
Just as I breathed a sigh of relief upon finishing a particularly taxing cut, I realized that my next assignment looked just as daunting. I must admit, the prospect of diving into it after the weekend is somewhat intimidating.
Recently, I got my hands on a tiny model of a leather shoe from a capsule toy machine. It's surprisingly proven to be a valuable resource for my drawings. I've heard there are also miniatures of sneakers and the like available, which I'm keen on adding to my collection. I must confess, I'm quite fond of shopping, but the reality of my living situation - a small home quickly filling to the brim with my acquisitions - is starting to pose a challenge.
This predicament is prompting me to focus on advancing my career, hopefully to a point where I can afford a larger space to accommodate my growing collection!

難しくて手こずったカットを完成させて喜んでいたところ、次に担当するカットもまた難しそうで、作業を始める週明けが怖いです。
しばらく前にガチャガチャで革靴のミニチュアを手に入れました。絵の資料として結構役立っていて、革靴の他にスニーカーのミニチュアなんかもあるらしいので今はそれがほしいです。
買い物をすることが好きなのですが家が狭くてどんどん収納場所がなくなるので困ります。出世！したいです。
