Upcoming Style: Vaal

quite many of you will be likely happy to hear that an old style - Vaal - is coming back! Today it's initial re-implementation has been finished
Here are the main features:
- It's a value-orientated style. Most economy-tiered items are highlighted by value, not by class. That means a T2 divi card, a T2 currency and a T2 fragment will all look the same. There's of course several exceptions to this rule.
- It's mostly orientated around Red and orange hues, with dark texts, with some rare blue and purple accents.
- I tried to keep it as close to the 7.X vaal style as possible, but also took advantage of the new features of the 8.X domain language and finetuned it where it made sense.
