Upcoming Style: Lunaris

since the launch of 8.0 I've been working on lot on further building up my domain language to improve filter and style generation.
This work is important, because it would influence the quality of all future styles.
So I've added syntax highlighting, improved the general structure in several ways, expanded the multi-inheritance concept of the language, cleaned the infrastructure, introduced new commands etc and implemented filterblade-side-strictness-generation (more on that in a different post).
Yesterday at 4am (technically today) I finally felt like - this looks like a solid foundation.
So today I sat down for quite a few hours and have built up the first new style using the new system: Lunaris
Lunaris (name might change) was initially meant as an experiment, but it has grown on me quite quickly.
Here's it's main design points:
- It's somewhat of a "Dark-mode". It's the spirtual successor to a mix of "Blue"+"Slick" styles.
- It's less bright and has smaller fontsizes
- It has less highlight variations (such as decorators), but has very distinct and clear color-coding
- It employs a lot of tricks and changes that were absolutely impossible with the previous style system.
Overall, I think it's rather refined despite being quite young.

- Yes, Vaal is the next style to work on! I expect it to take at most a few days. The next live filterblade update will include a total of 4-6 styles.
