Draft: Upcoming filter update changes!

Filter changes:
- 1) New Feature: Currency divination card tier
- 2) New Feature: Multibase unique split into league specific and multibase
- 3) New Feature: Entry for 25%+ qual rares that drop from the temple.
- 4) Adjustment: 6S items dont show rarity. Currently all 6S show as white bases (except uniques)
- 5) Retiering: Divination Cards
- 6) Retiering: Unique Retiering
- 7) Retiering: Unique Maps
- 8) Retiering: Vials
- 9) Retiering: Rares: Update rare tiering - focus on shield tiering and foils.
- 10)Retiering: Blessing of uul-netol tier down
- 11)Retiering: Essences sizes and sounds
- 12)Adjustment: Perandus coin stack size tiering.
- 13)Adjustment: Droplevel Shaper/Elder decrease and explicit access
- 14)Bugfix: Crafting base T1 too small, T2 too big
- 15)Potential Change: UberPlusStrict reduce shaper/elder item size
- 16)Leveling polishing
Filterblade features:
- A new sidebar! It'll at least include the search feature, but might also get customizer bookmarks and a copy/paste "history", like a palette.
- An option to change the level, when the filter goes from "leveling mode" to "endgame mode" (currently it's 65). This feature is a bit volatile, because it performs 80++ changes at the same time.
- More presets!
- Several improvements to the core architecture.
- More Save slots
Flashback Presets:
- The 12 presets that were created during the last flashback race will be (likely) back! Maybe in a slightly different form
