The Army Painter just lifted the veil on their new Warpaints Air raneg and I'm happy to say I was able to test the prototypes and add my feedback to the development. Check out the video above, you'll be able to spot some of my thoughts throughout the video.
I quite liked using the prototypes. The flow is smooth and the coverage is good, as you would expect from a good airbrush paint, but what really stands out is the design of the range. Colours come in triads: a mid tone, a darker base colour, and a lighter colour for highlights.
Just grab the triad of your choice and you're good to go, no experimentation needed. It's a very straightforward and user-friendly system. The mid tones match the regular Warpaints of the same name perfectly, while the base and highlight colours are all new and designed to compliment the mid tones perfectly.
I can't wait to receive the final products and write an in-depth review for you guys!
