Sorry for the delay in response, I did successfully download and unpack on my pc. I'm thinking perhaps it's a phone issue or I needed to use a specific app to unpack instead of just just phone doing it.

2020-06-15 15:30:34 +0000 UTChi Logan king. You are the first reporting such issue. I just checked and all seems to be fine... on Sync all files have proper size an are downloadable. Can this issue be on your end somehow?
