Love Match part 153: Secrets

Err.. Minor plothole there. Rocky has not told Braden yet. In fact Braden probally know nothing of what is going on except maybe Frio is not sending him messages. That will probably happen in the next chapter or too so as to how Braden will react and treat Rocky is still up in the air.

It's my understanding that Braden will either be very upset with Rochi and they will never speak again, or Braden will breath a not so figurative sigh of relief because he has been freaking out quietly for so long as the book shows him doing. He is normally quiet and reserved to others to hide his secret sexuality but not to Rochi historically as he already knew. Now he is acting in that same regard to Rochi, and that means there was likely more to the business with Frio than he thinks Rochi knows and there may really be more to it. I do believe the first option is going to throw the current story-line out of alignment with the present, so that is an absolute no go. With option two on the table only then, we will likely see Braden open up to Rochi that much more now that he knows that the TIU is not perusing him and it was all Rochi's doing. I am not saying he won't blow up first... oh no, he will do that. It will be because he is relieved and has to send that built up anxiety and energy somewhere and Rochi will be the target. I am still rooting for Aliq and Rochi as a couple though. Aliq said it himself, he is not strictly orthodox and does things contrary to family faith. He seemed excited enough that he hugged Rochi upon confirmation of him being gay, then deflected Rochi's question about sharing secrets with him. I wonder what else he will do :)? He could be demi-sexual like me which means you get invested like a friend first and then have romantic/sexual feelings later. /me takes stick holding the Braden carrot and tosses it. That is fantastic! Aliq is one of those rare friends that you can call a best-friend. Rochi, now that you have sufficiently mended things well with Aliq, and have a real confidant that can know the real you other than Braden. Keep him! To the Braden being told thing... Make sure it is in a quiet and maybe even soundproof room. Braden will likely flip out. That is far too much information for the TIU to have on him. Maybe he will see the bigger picture and be okay. but, this is Braden we are concerning here. Write with care Kyell :). ***Cross-Fox temper tantrum inbound***

Aww.. Aliq is a real keeper of a friend. I wonder how Braden will react when Rocky tells him what happened. I am sure Rocky will because it affect Braden as well.
