Depends on the company. I think there'd be a standard bottle but if you have like five basic mouthpiece shapes you could definitely just have five molds. I mean, look at how many different kinds of bottles and cans soft drinks come in now.

It would be easier for the company to have one shape - however when you unscrew your cap you can screw on a mouthpiece suitable for your species. I somehow doubt that a company would make so many different shaped bottles of the same product not being sure if they will sell in an area due to demographics of species. Just thinks re world building.
