The Rogue presses herself against the bars of the prison cell and begins to whisper a question into your ear.
Dark Elf: “This sentence has exzactly three erors, yes? If so, what are they?”
She slowly pushes herself away from the bars and blows a good luck kiss in your direction before allowing you to respond.
Dark Elf: “Comment below with your response and press the <3 button if you want to see me again.”

There's no "z" in "exactly", there's an "r" missing in "errors", and there are two mistakes, not three.

That’s only two...which, in itself, is the third error. So yes and no. Yes, there are three errors...but also no, there are only two errors that are directly noticeable (both of which are spelling errors).

Adding the yes and making it a question means there may be less or more than three errors while exactly is supposed to emphasize accuracy in a statement. At least that's what it think.
