[News] Poll Results + RPG Backend Progress

Checking the poll here, I see that patrons are split between having me work on adding details to the RPG and finishing the novel before the month's end, but still, the majority seems to want to see the novel finished.

So today, I'll work on the RPG to get things ready for release, and tomorrow I'll go back to the novel to release it to the public in the first week of August.
Some exciting things are happening on the backend of the RPG that I would like to share:
- Henri has almost done with optimizing the NPCs logic. He doesn't have a PC as powerful as mine, meaning that he couldn't even run the open world level back before he started working on the game. Now on his test level, he's running it at 79fps with 20 enemies on the same map and 74fps with 276 enemies! They were not on screen simultaneously; this shows that the way he optimized can make them very light on the performance while being deactivated when outside camera boundaries.
- Once he's done with the final touches, he'll work on making a separate level that we'll use as a character customisation internally, but in the future will be released to our Nightstalker tier patrons to be able to create the characters they want to add to the game. So later they can just send us a text file with all the necessary values for us to registry them on the data tables.
- Gurpreet have finished the new rig and I've been testing it with the novel before importing it to the main game. So far, things look really good, but some necessary tweaks might be needed.
- Ricardo improved the vegetation and added new rooms to the temple, making it look like an actual university with classrooms. For those who don't know this, that building in the prologue area (The one the player sees in ruins when they exit the dungeon in version 0.19) is supposed to be a University on the top and a vampire temple underground.
