[News] Progress on development this week

Hello everyone, Corintio here!

Just wanted to give you a quick heads up that we are working on the new cutscenes for the puppeteers questline, Ana has already solved the issue with time-dilatation on the celerity ability and I also solved many other bugs.

We plan to release a Neonate+ patch either this weekend or on the next week. Then until the end of the month we might release either a hotfix to address some other bugs that might come up or that we won't have time to fix until the weekend, or maybe add some quality of life details for the puppeteer's place, like making so Kalyskah can approach people and ask them to interact with her on a device.

This should conclude the 0.19 patch cycle and we'll move on to 0.20 for march, so by the time we release 0.20, the current version can go public.
