On the past days, I've been working on the new skill tree system. The visuals and icons are placeholders in a very early state (And there are probably typos). It might take more than a month until it is 100% done and we are able to add it to the game. But the idea is that when you unlock new magic, you'll be able to drag them to some kind of Hotbar. So Kalyskah will have some nice tricks on her arsenal and you, the player, will choose which ones she will use and when.

But you won't have the possibility to have them all from the start. There will be different magical schools, like Mind, Blood and Darkness (More will come in the future) and powers that will be locked until you find a quest or some hidden object through the world that will unlock this skill and the ones that are dependant on them. For example, you can see on this picture above that I put the 'Gremmnoich's Requiem' spell as a requirement for the 'Darkness Shot' spell. The Greemnoch's Requiem is a spell that you acquire after defeating the boss at the dungeon. This means that the 'Darkness Shot' will be available for purchase after you completed the first area. Other schools of Magic, like Necromancy, will be unlocked on a similar fashion, and every time you complete certain events of the storyline, more and more skills will be at your reach.
