[Question] Crazy powers for enemies?

While the storytelling is getting done and the number of game-breaking bugs is quite low (At least it's been a while since I found one) I was thinking about what in terms of mechanics we can bring to the game that would make it more interesting. So I was thinking about the world Kalyskah lives in and it's not that it doesn't have magic, it does. But most of the magic is tied to objects and artefacts because it's hard not only to gather enough knowledge to be able to manipulate the gifts provided by the Five Storms, but also to be legally practising it in the open without the Seekers knocking at your door and punishing you if you are doing something too funny. But well.. Seekers themselves do use magic to fight magic when needed, and the Karnstein Legion (Kalyskah's Acolytes) also used... mostly dark magic. So based on this piece of lore, what sort of crazy powers would you like to see the enemies using against Kaly, or Kalyskah herself using, that would make the gameplay more interesting?

Once I have better internet, and a better PC, I'm going to pay for the game. This is hella great!

2020-07-31 20:01:00 +0000 UTCI think perhaps using things similar to the disciplines from Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines would be a good idea. Things like Auspex which allows you to see the auras of living creatures through walls, or Celerity providing a speed increase, and so on.

2020-07-31 18:01:26 +0000 UTCThe "Hypinosis" power is a bit complicated because we need to work on the enemy AI. But it's one of the things we have planed

2020-07-31 17:58:54 +0000 UTCThat's a good idea! The only problem is that Kaly only takes sunlight damage when she is thirsty... But some sort of holy light could be fun though

2020-07-31 13:28:38 +0000 UTCHow about blood magic? Kalyskah could spend an amount of her stored blood to cast various magical effects.

2020-07-31 10:01:19 +0000 UTCAt nighttime, the Seekers could cast an AoE spell that magically surrounds them with sunlight, maybe in a ten-foot radius that lasts a minute or so.

2020-07-31 09:59:36 +0000 UTCAn easy spell could be a certain enemie that blocks your magic until you kill him while the melee enemies rush you. For dark magic the classic fire ball thing some kind of projectile.
