[Release] Version 0.8.8

Hello everyone, 

First of all, nevermind the mess on the village, we decided that we had to expand it to avoid NPCs bumping on each other all the time and also because we needed to add a few more houses for them to live. So it is still under development and the performance might fall on interiors!

This version expands a bit more on the review of the erotic scenes of the game that you can see in more depth here, and add a few more animations to it.

Notice that you need to follow the steps in order, or the page to download the game will not be found (You will get an error 404). And we highly recommend the download of itch app, because this way you will be able to update the game by getting just the files that have changed instead of the whole 4gb at once.

Version 0.8.8 Changelog – 25/08/2019

Highlights

• Mist and Dash are now on different keys so it is always available during combat
• New interaction while holding hands: Kissing
• New animations when an erotic scene fails

Fixes

• Fixed “Release Merishya’s” quest so now it will always be completed once open the door to the sacrificial chamber

Enhancements

• Humanoid enemies are a bit smarter now and will change their guard to the direction of your hit to avoid getting hit twice on the same direction.
• Because of the change we did above, you can now change your guard direction at the last half of your attack animation so you can chain combos through different directions a bit easier, or block one incoming attack. This should make the combat feel a bit slower since you might get staged and punished if you spam attacks.
• Slightly reduced the amount of undead at the dungeon and reduced their levels a lot!
• Made Claymore damage scaling D with dexterity. This should make it get back the post of ‘stronger two-handed sword at the game on it’s current state’. Although the flamberge might still be better if you have a balanced amount of dexterity and strength.
• Slight changes on controls and the way you can toggle between walking and jogging by pressing tab
• Mist and Dash always available during combat
• Same key to open both inventory and equipment
• Improved the backend code on how transitions are handled. 
• Improved Holding Hands animation (Thanks to the new animator, iung!)

Features

• Added new animations to play when an erotic scene fail.
• Kalyskah can now end the scene at any point. Notice that if you do that, she will fail due “lost of interest”.
• Added a new interaction for the 'holding hands' pose: Kissing

Known issues:

• The village entrance is under development and right now it doesn’t look very nice
• The new farm next to the village is still not on its final shape and it’s missing the interior
• Performance might get a bit worse inside of the brothel
• We might have made the combat a bit too hard or a bit too easy, let us know =)
• A bug that wasn't happening on the engine preview, but that I noticed while testing on the packed version is that Kalyskah's partner might be having an odd behavior and kinda... spining... during some erotic animations. Let us know if you have the same bug because might be the case for a hotfix on the next few days!

The new quests will come when the small farm next to the "village", which is actually called Millhaven is done. So there are exciting things planned for September =)
