Presenting you a little posing in my fav shirt. Uploading video to my Vimeo in a few
Slowly but steadily I'm coming back to a decent form. If you ask me what's more important- diet or trainings? Well, If I do diet and train somewhat 3-4 days a week...that's not enough. If I do the opposite- trainings are good like 5-6 days a week (just how I should train) and diet suffers- like if i don't eat enough protein and no carbs, then I get tighter but my strength gonna compromise a bit, and If i eat everything- then I get water retension etc.
So my diets and trainings are volatile due to my weird lifestyle. But as soon as I get back to decent diet and good- often trainings then I make progress in weight lifting and body BUT it must be CONSISTENT! You can't train somewhat and eat somehow and be wanting results... unfortunately. That's how it works
At the moment I don't take any heavy drugs and won't be :/ 10mcg of anavar a day is more than enough for me, no side-affects and my strength grows (but bc of the consistency of course :) I was taking it 5 months ago but it didn't do a thing bc I wasn't strict neither with my diet nor trainings, so... there you go.
