It is indeed 😀 well I'm not a fan if 1 rep craziness. My goal is to get as much blood as possible into the muscle I work on. So I never go lower 8-10 reps. 10-12 kg dumbbells are enough for hypertrophy (in my case at the moment). For grows we need correctly working muscle:) and adequate amount of reps. Weight isn't important at all, it's just a stereotype... Bodybuilding and powerlifting have different approaches
