I've worked with quite a few "by-the-book" junior and senior officers and very VERY few make it to flag rank. I have a feeling that the fleet will be singing a different tune once they discover their golden boy, while book knowledgeable, lacks even the basic instinct for command. Wouldn't been surprised either if more than a few of the crew resign in protest either. But hey, now at least Vrax can hook up with Cassiopeia without feeling guilty. :D P.S. Way to nail political in-fighting in a military setting. 2 thumbs up!!
