Satellite Nine: You know, both of the 4koma I did with these characters went fairly viral on two platforms I don't use

Psu: Heh, we wanted to make sure to bring you back on. It's actually quite a hit page for us. Thank you, sat. Oh... also readers. This is Sat. She's cool. She made this page and this crew that I'm going to call the B Team for now.

Satellite Nine: I had the idea for Lower Decks first

Gunwild: Basically true! Also where did your guest comics get posted, again... imgur?

Satellite Nine: Uh this one did good on imgur, and the other one did good on reddit

Psu: Imgur and Reddit, yeah. Oddly enough not on the un-official Cassiopeia Quinn reddit but a webcomic reddit I think. I think it's kinda funny how the page basically works but no one who's just looking at Cassiopeia stuff for the first time has any idea who the women in the first panel are.

Gunwild: That's how you know it's not just a side-comic, it's a glimpse into a whole other set of stories happening for these characters!

Satellite Nine: Yeah I never quite understood how it ended up getting that popular

Gunwild: Austin is adorable, is why! Also, people like butts.

Psu: Also it's a pretty effective call out for how I give a lot of my characters thigh high boots. I just like how they look on characters! It either means you're ready for a fantasy epic OR you're going to step on someone.

Satellite Nine: The real reason why this joke is successful is because it reads like a rumrusher drawing

Psu: That's another one of our friends who has basically made their own Regency OC crew. But Rum's jokes might be a little too esoteric. I don't think we're ready to introduce our readers to "Twin-peia."

Satellite Nine: A lobster with Cassiopeia's face is exactly what your comic is missing

Gunwild: The one crab we hired HAS worked out well...

Psu: AAAANYWAY. Did we ever get names for this crew? I know Austin Space, of course. When you're ready to work on that spin-off, we'll be here to help.

Satellite Nine: Honestly just about ready to yeah.

Gunwild: It can only raise the level of quality in this shared setting!

Satellite Nine: They do, in fact, have names. The Xerran with the VISOR is Georgie, the robot is Ace, and the captain is Vincenzo. Vincenzo Culo Stretto.

Psu: Perfection... though Georgie miiiight be a little too close for CBS's comfort.

Satellite Nine: Eh, I'll call it homage. You know what it's called when you pay homage to your favorite cheese yeah? Fromage.

Satellite Nine: That's true, don't bother looking it up

Psu: Ah well. Oh I also wanted to compliment you on adding a lot of deep lore in here. I just noticed the call out to Vanaa reporter Vixxy Vrail. And you also drew the BACK of a Regency coat that shows how the blue line goes. Remarkably that's only appeared like... 5 times in the entire comic.

Satellite Nine: I seem to recall it being hard to hunt that reference down

Psu: Yeah. I've only ever had to add it to the comic a few times, surprisingly. A lot of our comic doesn't feature Regency people in uniform walking away from the camera. I think I had to draw it for you to show how it worked. Cause I completely forget where I have the concept art that lays it out.

Satellite Nine: I honestly don't remember. I have some vague recollection of asking Gun to write the articles in the paper?

Satellite Nine: I dunno my memory isn't great. Who are you anyway.

Gunwild: Yeah, most people will skip over them of course but I always feel that if it's visible, writing something resembling a real news article is preferable to some illegible text or unrelated placeholder.

Psu: Well that's Psu and I'm Gunwild.

Gunwild: Finally, I get a promotion.

Psu: I hope no one skips over the text in this conversation.

Gunwild: I think that's the only way to make sense of it.

Satellite Nine: When you say this page was a hit, you mean like it got viewed a lot?

Psu: Yeah. It got a lot of eyes to our webcomic... I think. Or just on Regency uniforms. Either way, guest comics are always good at that. We need to get a few more guests, don't we?

Gunwild: I mean if they can do comics half as nice as this one...

Psu: We just need to get people to draw dude's butts for us.

Gunwild: I figure at least one person out there on the internet must have done that in the past?
