As you can see, Psu forgot Kag's name while sketching this out. Scandalous! Kag is an exciting, dynamic lump, capable of great feats of flying, as he will make sure you know.
Also: we couldn't spend multiple panels showing the act of Prince Gleb putting his cape back on, so it happens between panels. But what motion he does to do it, exactly, is anyone's guess.
