At the beginning of each month Aroma will post what will be drawing during that said month, i.e. the planner on the left side of the image shows you what he will be posting on July. Then, at the beginning of the next month Aroma will send you a DM with some links from where you can access to your Tier 4 special content and the "bonus" links, i.e. at the beginning of August you should receive the links for the July material plus the Samus Bonus. Hope that helps you to better understand the process :)
