How far till we hit Westoros? If we go by the linked image (and mentioned in your videos as well), the connecting land would be the Lands of Always Winter, and making Arya's question of "what's west of Westoros" to be an undiscovered part of Ulthos.

This is slightly tinfoil so please forgive me, but my take combines points talked about in Preston Jacobs Post Apocalyptic video and LmL's The Long Night video! Perhaps Asshai is the sole survivor and facing waves of a "Nuclear Winter" due to a LARGE comet landing long ago in the Lands of Always Winter. Due to a potential shockwave blast of the comet, it could be facing a high level of magic, as we know that comets = magic, as seen with the blood stone emperor/euron. This could have caused the White Walkers to also grow in their magic powers due to the magical powers of the comet. This can also be why magic is stronger in Asshai.

It's canon, as in the WOIAF, Septon Barth’s Dragons, Wyrms, and Wyverns, "he speculated that the bloodmages of Valyria used wyvern stock to create dragons.” Basically, Firewyrms + Wyverns + Asshai magic = Dragons. As many people do say that Dragons come from Asshai, could this could be a potential way (other than being birthed volcanic regions) for Shadowbinders to have experimented by mixing Obsidian with Wyverns, creating the first fire breathing Dragons?
