Hello all, I have directly moved from working on Beetle and the Chimera Carnival to the untitled Beetle 3, which has a full script draft. Chimera will be on shelves at the end of April! I will be doing some events throughout the spring and summer, right now solely in the boston and baltimore areas. Right now I can tell you that I'll be signing and meeting people at the silver unicorn graphic novel festival.

Thanks for submitting these creatures back in the winter and I hope you like them! You will be able to find this page in the backmatter of the final copies!

There were one or two requests I couldn't include because they were several requests submitted by the same person. One request had to be altered because their instructions didn't seem to describe a creature. I only mention it because I don't want anyone to be confused!

I expect to do this again for the third Beetle book.

Since starting this patreon, I've found out that I have a chronic pain condition. When it began to get worse back around 2019 things really slowed down here. I really appreciate those of you who have stuck around, and totally get it if you're not getting a ton out of it anymore and want to spend this money on something else. But everybody who has chipped in money here has helped me make these books as directly as anyone else who worked on them, so I hope you feel that accomplishment. Sometimes I will do something like buy new glasses (like RX, like to see with) directly out of the patreon funds, or buy something I need to manage pain out of the patreon funds, like a tens unit. You did buy me new glasses this year. Actually you bought me tinted lenses with my prescription so I can manage the migraines that little bit much better. They're heart shaped. Thank you. Really really.
