Concept Art - The Seer

PMD: TRT's main settlement is Akebi Village. Erin and Tabor live very near the village!
When you enter the town, you may notice a sigilyph-like building next to Kecleon Market.
This is The All-Seeing Eye, one of the facilities you can find in Akebi Village. The shop owner is a sigilyph known as the Seer. She runs the shop alongside her secretary, a raticate named Paola.
The All-Seeing Eye is mainly a fortunetelling facility. For a considerable amount of Poké, the Seer is capable of peering into anyone's future, and her predictions are rarely ever wrong.
Experienced official teams are confident enough in their skills, so they don't tend to spend money in her shop (excluding specific occasions). Her services are highly sought after by rookie teams instead, who seek to prepare for the dangers ahead in their journeys.
Aside from predicting the future, the Seer also offers spiritual help. By reading a pokemon's mind, she can give them answers for questions they seek, like retrieving old memories and even identifying who they were in their past lives. Some say she's also Aura sensitive, but that's only a rumor.
