I support a handful of artists, and it's really not uncommon for them to pause their Patreon for a month every now and again to recharge. Maybe you should do the same and just step away from your art for a bit? The artists I support seem to come back refreshed and excited about drawing again, so perhaps it would be the same for you, especially if it's been years since you had any kind of a break.
