Affinity Photo - MOVE TOOL Secrets

Comments

Thank you, Bob. Always enjoy how much even the little things have to offer for a tutorial :)

Agreed, a very useful explanation of this basic tool and a very moving presentation! :)

Good to know. Let's see what he says. I don't use the forum much either, although i should

I’ll have to ask Marco, if he drops in. He has the same kit as I do. If there’s a way, he will figure it out. This might be a good question for the Affinity Forum. I don’t use it much.

Hi GFreg, that great to hear. 3 fingers sounds pretty crowded on a screen. can you still see what you are doing? the skewing thin i guess would be to fickly to pull of on a touch screen. maybe there is some gesture or such you need to do to tell AP you want to skew the content

Olivio Sarikas

Thank you. Things are different on the iPad but all of the variations are doable by holding one, two or three fingers on the screen while moving the object. The only thing I can’t replicate is the ‘skewing’ effect. I’d like to do that sometimes but the ‘help’ system is no help ;-)
