Blue Moss - Ambient Synth Landscape

Relaxing virtual-analog Synth Sound landscape.

Hello my Friends, today I have a treat for you. Maybe you didn't know I also do music. Here is my latest Synth Jam for you. I might upload more once in a while. Write in the comments if you want to hear more of my sound :)

About my Music: I approach music in a way that uses sound as a landscape and music in a way that a painter would use a brush. That is why my music has mostly no repetition, beat or any care for the currently set BPM. I play the sounds when it feels right, not when a system tells me to. As a result my music is rather abstract and I love to create long tracks (around 15 minutes or more).

Happy to hear that. You are welcome, Pete :)

I have no idea what's involved, but that was a relaxing listen - thanks.

Hi Greg, i totally know what you mean. It's so nice when music can take you on a trip. :) I use Maschine MK2 and with this I used the Arturia V Collection. I really love the freedom the pads give me in that 4x4 grid. It's very different from using a keyboard or a step sequencer. I would love to have controllers with even less limitations. The Theremin sounds great, though i have never played one myself. If you love old synths, the arturia v collection might be great for you. a lot of legends in there, like the Buchla Easel, Arp2600 and Moog Modular. :)

Very nice Olivio. It took me a while to begin typing after the music stopped. I was somewhere else, if you know what I mean ;-) As an old techno geek, I have to ask about the gear (kit) you are using. I go back to Theremins and Moogs! Here it was sometimes called ‘environmental’ music. Bryan Eno, Peeka, Vangelis - I had all their recordings that I could get me hands on.
