These springs tend to attract groups of eeveelutions, who tend to these springs out of a sense of duty thanks to their adaptable nature. The shining rocks that reside in these springs contain special properties that aid in evolution, and are referred to as universal evolution stones. A small chunk from these rocks can also aid in mega evolution- though one needs special permission to excavate from these rocks as they're a limited resource.
