You will be permitted to use any items we have provided, or utilize what you may find on the field. You pass the test if you retrieve the pearl and exhibit traits that we find suitable for exploration team leaders. You will automatically fail if either of you faint or receive more than 5 penalties. Penalties include endangering yourself or others, damaging the natural environment of the Mystery Dungeon, irritating native pokemon, and irresponsible attack usage. Likewise, you will receive a penalty for every 2 hours you spend on the field, so don’t dilly-dally. If at any point you feel like you are at risk for your life, you should use an Escape Orb. It’s better that you forfeit the mission than harm yourselves.
