I just ended a relationship in this exact situation. I was super hung up on my ex and someone came along and said the right things, and I went along with it hoping my feelings for him would eventually overcome the ones I had for my ex. Didn't work out that way.

This series just never stops being relatable. I know I've said this before, but Jack you really have a way of connecting to the readers. I think that's one of the things I love most about this series.

Looking at this again I've actually been in this situation before. It's really frustrating when you're hung up on someone who doesn't feel the same about you and then some other guy that you really don't feel that way about comes along and says all the things you wanted to hear from the person you actually want. It's like a kick in the gut and a lot of the times doesn't make the situation better.

This is so sad and I feel so bad for Mark, I want him to be happy so badly but I know where Andy is coming from. I just hope we can see Mark happy in the future.

This might be the most telling page we've gotten about Andy. So much happening here that really foretells what we've seen in the future. Andy is a kind soul that doesn't want Mark to fall for him when his heart wouldn't be in it. But it also shows how afraid Andy is of change at the same time. Like he had to be pushed to doing anything with Waldren and gets terrified when change is proposed there. This doesn't make me lose any love for Andy, provides a little more context, his heart has always been set on Coop. Whether that's right or not is left to be determined.

Amazing. Reading these reviews, and mostly one sided opinions. We knew Andy was and has been in love with Cooper for a long time. Here Andy is really saving Mark. It may not seem like it, but if Andy had let this go and given Mark a chance he would have his heart in another place. Wouldn't be fair to Mark to invest so much to only have Andy's mind and not his heart. These are the kind of things that sour relationships over time, and are not healthy. It's something I think Andy realizes. Glad he didn't lie to himself. I hope we see Mark in the kind of loving relationship that he deserves.

I saw this coming. It was very clear that Andy had no interest in him, but knew all along. Andy didn't even offer the "let's just be friends" option. He straight up said let's just be roommates and that's it.

I dont know why Mark would want to. Andy brushing off a profound moment for Mark here like it was nothing was awful. Mark deserves better.

I find it fascinating at how the start of this series most people really disliked Cooper and cheered for Andy. Now as we've learned more about these characters it seems as though people have really come to care about Cooper and have soured on Andy.

I want a side story where Mark finds happy ending

Same here, Mark really cares about Andy and is a better fit for him unlike Cooper who doesn’t see Andy the same way nor is he sure about his sexuality. Andy pushed an opportunity away because of someone that doesn’t like him that way

I agree, he’s so obsessed with Cooper wanting a relationship with him when it’s unlikely seeing everything going on in the prequel and the main story. He pushes opportunities away because he’s daydreaming about a fantasy that probably won’t happen due to Cooper’s nature

I feel so bad for Mark...that might have been Marks coming out moment too. The timing wasn’t the best but he still has trusted and looked after Andy through all of his drama and Andy has done nothing but push Mark and his feelings aside. I want/need to see more of Mark and his story!

Okay I understand that Mark revealing that at the moment may not have been the best time (I've been in his shoes too recently 😬) but Andy should have AT LEAST been more sensitive and not straight up told him to stop.
