so he basically only looked for an intern to satisfy his gay needs and to abuse a young man physically and mentally. Stressing Andy out with that ex-wife and children situation, subconciuosly forcing him into submission because he's his boss and Andy doesn't want to lose his internship and more importantly lose his face to cooper. And pls don't let The Internship end like "Little Buddy" where the protagonists feelings for eachother are just ignored and they end up with different partners we never had heard about in the entire story. Cooper x Andy = destined xD
