So! I just finished picking music for the VN. Didn't take much time at all really, and I'm VERY happy with what I found. Now it's possible that while testing things out I might decide that in fact a music track I really liked doesn't work, and I'll want to change it. But based on how easy it was to find what I needed, I don't expect that to be a problem.
But the interesting thing is, that after I finished choosing songs, I decided to see if I could find a piece of music that would work for that masturbation animation ( TAG-B-9animation ) I shared about 4 weeks ago. On the animation I'd shared before that one (the one with Nina riding the MC, with her hand clamped over her mouth) I'd created 3 versions of it, with different audio: music only, SFX only, and music+SFX. You guys preferred the SFX only, and didn't want music.
But I gotta tell you: I played that masturbation animation on a loop while I tried out some high-tempo latin music as potential soundtracks to it, and holy crap, I found no less than THREE songs that, when played along with the video, turn it into an absolute laugh-riot! Two were instrumental-only and one had vocals ("Un Paquito Mas") and they were all EQUALLY amazing! It's almost impossible to choose. Though I suppose if I had to I'd pick the "Un Pasito Mas" one, simply because that lyric is so perfectly appropriate to jacking off that I couldn't in good conscience deprive any of you of it!
The only thing that bugs me is that I can't come up with a good way to give you a preview of that, outside of the VN itself, because it only works if the 9-second animation is looping while the 3 1/2-minute song either plays all the way through, or loops as well. To just cut the song down to 9 seconds and attach it to the animation would never work. But all that's easily done in the VN.
