How many have read The Alpha Gender story?

Well, not changes exactly, but probably additional sexual transactions that will or can happen (might be determined by player interaction). These would be in the second release, and they'll certainly spice things up! How I introduce them might be affected by how common it is for fans to have already read the text story. That and I'm curious too! Thanks!
