TAG Chapter 1 Progress: Update #21

This might be my favorite still image so far in this scene! I have to say I really love being done with all the hair-replacement stuff for Nina, and am finally back into rendering images that move the story forward. It needed to be done, but dang it was a slog. Before this scene is done I'll hit the first branching decision point in the VN. I've got to come up with a reasonable way to manage the multiple paths, so it's time for me to get advice from other adult game devs on the best way to do it. I've seen software some tools that are somewhat helpful but none of them are very comprehensive. But no problem, I have a great developer forum to ask questions like that!

Anything up with you guys? Any questions, comments? Anyone interested in a Discord chat about anything? I figured I should ask again since there are some new Patrons (welcome!)

Anyway I don't have a whole lot else to say. I'm tired, but I don't expect that to change until I've at least got release #1 in the can! Turns out one of the game devs I've been supporting lives in Ukraine, so he's in a holding pattern of unknown length. I can't even imagine what those poor folks have already come to accept as normal in their situation. Definitely puts things in perspective when I start to think that my little life challenges are anything to feel bad about! Here's hoping they stay strong, and things start turning around for them before their situation gets much worse. Peace!
