TAG Chapter 1 Progress: Update #10
Added 2022-01-29 07:36:55 +0000 UTCBack hard at work on renders. Now I've got the lighting and everything set up in MC & girlfriend Nina's house. Took a lot of re-texturing and messing around with lighting to get it just right. Some phony panels and walls here and there to hide boo-boos made by the original creator, and by complications caused by re-texturing. Just a heads-up: every time I have to start rendering scenes in a new environment for the first time, there will be some delays caused by having to create that environment.
I'm going to have to figure out roughly how many renders it will take to get to the end of chapter 1, and then the end of chapter 2 so I can give you guys a reasonable "target" number so you'll know when at least the image renders will be completed for the first release. After that I'll need to code and create the UI graphics and add in sound effects/music. Then testing... whew! Right now we stand at 74 renders and 1 animation, and I am on scene 4 of chapter 1:
Scene 1 - Narrator Intro [complete]

Scene 3 - Book Nook [complete]
Scene 4 - Back Home with Nina [in progress]
I'll work up a whole scene list this weekend so you'll be able to see the "roadmap" to better gauge progress.
