Made from the idea that, 'huh, we don't really have a tank subclass for Ranger even though they have a d10 hit die' along with 'what if I made the nautilus subclass from the lost runeterra X d&d project into a ranger,' and low and behold; we have the conclave of the Depths!
Get around quickly with your dredge line or pull enemies closer and become a crowd control tank monstrosity through control spectral waves and crushing your enemies!
