[Progress Report]: 4th of April

I know it's going to be the 5th when I finish writing this post, but dammit, I finally got the build completed four minutes before midnight and I am sticking to my guns!

It's done.

This has easily been the most extreme development cycle in the game's history. Redesigning the Academy lead to an absolutely monstrous workload. I had to replace hundreds of backgrounds along with the replacement events that had to go in the make the new layout make sense. I've added music to dozens of scenes, added over thirty sound effects, and tweaked so many things I lost track.

Out of six weeks, pulling anywhere between fifty to eighty hours a week, it still came down to the last four minutes, but it is done and I completed a playthrough from start to finish that I hope means there are no game-breaking bugs.

This update will also be the first time in the game's history that you will need to start a new save. There are substantial changes to how the game is coded, and without those changes, there's no way I could have made the deadline.

It's late so I know I'm rambling. The early build is uploading right now and I'll have it up before I go to bed.
