You mentioned two movies at the end with Amanda Seyfried that I think you guys might really like, Jennifer’s Body and Les Miserables. The second is a musical but it’s very good with many strong actors

2024-02-22 05:05:10 +0000 UTCMy older sisters took me to see this when i was 7 lol ( which was pretty young) but we will always quote this movie to each other and this movie has become a tradition to watch together every year when we're all together lol. I honestly think it's a great lesson for young kids because like Oak said, it may be exaggerated but is still pretty spot on in regard to bullying. My eldest sister sat down my nieces and had them watch this movie when they were about to enter the 7th grade, in order to prepare them and to also show them " Hey, don't be like the Plastics and watch out for any kids that may act like them. Just be yourself but also stand your ground and stick up for the underdog." I also agree with Oak that with the rise of social media bullying has become worse, and I also remember not being allowed to have a social media account until I was 13 and even then my mom and sisters had my login info in order to make sure that I wasn't being mean or being bullied.

So it shouldn’t be terrible but it is also essentially the same movie just with songs and a new cast. I’ve only heard one song from the broadway cast so I can’t really speak on how the songs are but just wanted to give a little info on that.
