This movie makes you laugh at moments but isn’t afraid to make the viewers get emotional or think deeply over the film. It is a movie of substance. Just didn't expect any of this.

In third time I smiled again but had this pain in my chest that happens when I feel like crying but don't cry. It's such a brilliant ending.

They looted the cities and took everything they could with them. And the British dropped incendiary bombs on Dresden at the end of the war, after the city was already destroyed, killing thousands of civilians, mostly women and children.

This movie perfectly depicted the ridiculousness of the nazi ideology and all of the people who fought against it, as well as all the people who had to suffer for it. I also really liked Sam Rockwell’s character. I don’t know if you guys noticed but when the Gestapo was searching Jojo’s house, he came back with Rosie’s bike because he probably knew that she was dead. That’s also why he said to Jojo to stay at home, so that he wouldn’t see his mother’s body. He was also gay, as you guys have noticed, and the outfit that he wore had the pink triangle. You guys should search the history behind it !
